Redevelopment Guidelines: • Mixed-use development: a variety of housing types with limited commercial shopping and some small offices that create an intimate and neighborly "block network" street character that is pedestrian-friendly • Open space as a community amenity • Innovative stormwater solutions as an amenity • Higher density residential development • Buildings that provide an "urban edge" at the street • Pedestrian-oriented streetscapes • Street trees • Native plantings • Attractive street lighting and signage • Bio-swales as traffic medians • Small scale development ( 2-4 stories )
